I and my boyfriend have been driven for two hours all the way from Canary Wharf to Pools on the Park because we wanted to enjoy outdoor pool. Schedule on the web-side showed that pool is open for everybody until 8pm. We were really disappointed when security guy on the door told us that the pool is open only for members on this particular hottest ever July day in the United Kingdom. We were refused to enter property in spite of the fact that was nothing about it on the web-site. Service is absolutely terrible. I will never go there again. So prepare yourself to be refused entry without any explanations.

So depressing that this is Richmond's offer of a family leisure centre! It's dirty and the changing rooms are freezing. There are also very few facilities for kids and no sports hall... It needs a serious refurb.

this pool/tennis courts/playground is an excellent and much loved facility. All our children have learnt to swim here, the people who work there are great and friendly. Some friends of ours pay fortunes to be members of private clubs and not one them is a patch on this place. Avoid hot sunny weekend days at peak times when it is over run (of course!) but any other time and you will have a great time.

Horrendous, dirty pool and shower areas, people smoking in the ground, do not waste your money!
