Time Out says

Learn a new craft and enjoy a healthy dinner courtesy of Amy's Kitchen at this series of supper events held in east London. The E5 Bakery will play host to the four evenings which see organic meals served up with a selection of freshly prepared salads from chef and food blogger, The Panthers Whiskers. Following dinner, guests are invited to take part in a workshop where specialists will teach them new skills with a handcrafted focus. The first session is run by The Cocktail Gardener, Lottie Muir who will show guests how to create summer cocktails using natural herbal infusions and syrups with flavours such as jasmine, charred sage and elderflower. Ceramicist Charlotte Mei will lead the second session where participants will learn the art of ceramic painting by decorating a soup bowl to take home. A natural beauty workshop run by Amanda Cook takes place in August where balms are made using plants and herbs and natural deodorants created with coconut oil, and the final session from Grace and Thorn will see attendees make a wildflower arrangement perfect for a table centrepiece. Spaces are limited and should be booked in advance online.
