This five course dinner, created using produce otherwise destined for landfill is the brainchild of Tom Fletcher who saves over 100 tonnes of fruit and veg each year through his banquets and company Rejuce. Fletcher has enlisted the help of some fine London chefs to whip the grub into delicious dishes, and live music, circus acts and performers will provide entertain guests into the evening.
