An impressive list of restaurants and chefs are taking part in this competition which requires them to create the ultimate croqueta. Contenders including Salt Yard, José Pizarro, The Modern Pantry, Copita, Señor Ceviche and more will be rustling up traditional jambon croquetas alongside more exotic varieties such as an aubergine, goat's cheese and crystallised acacia honey combo.
