Greaseless Spoon Café

If you're a sucker for a cooked breakfast but prone to feeling guilty after a fat-packed fry-up, then this pop-up offering from appliance brand Miele might be just the ticket. Using their Steam Ovens, chef Sven-Hanson Britt has created a healthy and hopefully equally delicious alternative to what's usually served up in a greasy spoon. Attendees to the free event will be greeted with coffee and a pastry on arrival, before sitting down to a cooked breakfast which includes boiled eggs and home-cured bacon. The two sittings actually take place across lunchtime so go easy on your 8am cornflakes so you've got room for breakfast no.2.
