A chilling new 10k will take over the streets of central London this winter as participants raise money for Cancer Research UK by dashing through wintry zones and past some of London's most iconic attractions. Runners will pass through an ice tunnel and be blasted in snow zones as well as being greeted with polar bear hugs in the end of the route.
