This city-wide collection of magical installations will be brightening our streets (and, in turn, our January) for four days from Thursday January 18. Organisers are promising an even bigger, brighter and bolder festival for 2018, with over 50 UK and international artists reimagining the capital’s architecture and streets with dazzling displays of light.
