Time Out says

For West Londoners whose New Year resolutions of getting healthier, slimmer, stronger and faster have been swallowed by the city's eternal winter (and a realisation that no one can tell how big you are if you wear an even bigger jumper) these free fitness sessions have arrived just in time. The London Sports Trust has devised a programme of classes (on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays for six weeks) focusing on a different activity each week. Just turn up to get involved in table tennis, street dance, parkour and calisthenics or to try out more unusual activities like street golf, dry watersports and Headis (think table tennis but using your head instead of a bat). The sessions are aimed at adults and young people aged 13 and up.
