Soho institution, L'Escargot, welcomes the London return of Panther Milk Bar, a pop-up bar specialising in leche de pantera - a milk-based Spanish cocktail with an anti-fascist history, apparently. Here it's served in three traditional ways, all with input from an 82-year-old Catalan chap called Chimo Oliver - a fond and knowledgable drinker of the stuff, with form for opposing Franco back in the day.
