Horace Walpole's white, turreted gothic house in Strawberry Hill provides the backdrop for this outdoor ice rink once again. The Grade I listed building will be lit from the inside so that its stained glass windows glow above the ice, and tours will be available to skaters. Refreshments will be available on site, and this year sees a special exhibition of photographs of ice skating from the Sports Drome in Richmond which closed in 1992 on show. Advance booking available but not required.
