Terms and Conditions
HOW TO ENTER
This prize draw is organised by Time Out England Limited (“Time Out”) in association with NDL (“Prize Provider”). Please enter by filling out your details in the relevant form and you will be entered into a ballot, from which a winner will be selected at random (the “Entry”). Submit your Entry by filling out the entry form found at www.timeout.com/switchoffwithba between 11th October 2016 and 25th October for your chance to be selected to win a trip from London Gatwick to the Caribbean with British Airways (the “Prize Draw”).
HOW IT WORKS
Complete your Entry by filling out the relevant details on the entry form and you will be entered into a ballot, from which one winner will be selected at random.
GENERAL PRIZE DRAW TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The Prize Draw begins at 12.15am on 11th October 2016 (the “Start Date”). The Prize Draw closes at 11:45pm on 25th October 2016 (the “End Date”).
2. The Prize Draw is open to all UK residents over the age of 18, except employees of Time Out and the Prize Provider, its agents, contractors and their family members.
3. Multiple entries will not be accepted.
4 By uploading your Entry, you understand that you are entering the Prize Draw and agree to these Prize Draw rules (the “Rules”). Time Out reserves the right to exclude any Entry from the Prize Draw at any time if they have a reason to believe that the entrant has breached any of the Rules.
5. Copyright in all Entries submitted for this Prize Draw remains with the respective entrants. However, entrants agree that by submitting an Entry to the Prize Draw, they grant Time Out a royalty free, perpetual irrevocable worldwide licence to use and republish their Entry. This includes sharing the Entry through social media and publication by Time Out worldwide in any of their publications, their websites and/or in any promotional material.
6. The winner will be notified by Time Out by telephone or email on or before 26th October 2016.
7. The winner will be selected at random from a ballot which comprises all the Entries.
8. The prize package includes return flights for two people to the winner’s choice of Caribbean Island. Choose from: Turks & Caicos, Tobago, Dominican Republic, St Kitts, Saint Lucia, Grenada, Barbados or Jamaica. Also, includes: return private transfers from the airport to the hotel, 7 nights’ accommodation in a 4 star centrally located hotel in the winner’s choice of destination, breakfast for two people in the hotel restaurant each morning and travel insurance. (the “Prize Package”).
9. All Entries must be submitted by the original writer of the Entry.
10. The winners may be required to participate in publicity which may include having his/her photograph taken for promotional and press purposes.
11. All Entries considered inappropriate or offensive by Time Out will be disqualified.
12. The Prize Package will be provided by NDL and is subject to their terms and conditions available at AT THE END OF THESE T&Cs.
13. The winner will be notified using the contact information submitted when uploading their Entry. The Winner may be asked to provide identification. Any Winner who is not contactable or who fails to return contact within 48 hours of notification after reasonable efforts have been made to contact them will be disqualified, they thereby forfeit their right to the prize, no compensation will be given and a reserve entrant will be selected as an alternative winner.
14. The names of the winner may be obtained by sending a written request with a stamped addressed envelope stating which prize draw you would like the winner’s details for, to Time Out England Limited, 4th Floor 125 Shaftesbury Avenue, WC2H 8AD London or by email to Prize Draws@timeout.com by 25th November 2016.
15. Time Out’s selection of the winner is final and binding on the entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.
16. The Prize Package is non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable.
17. Time Out accepts no liability for any loss or damage howsoever caused, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss or damage or personal injury (with the exception of death or personal injury caused by Time Out’s own negligence) suffered or sustained in connection with the Prize Package.
18. In the event of unforeseen circumstances Time Out and the Prize Provider reserve the right to substitute the Prize Package for an alternative of equal or greater value.
19. Time Out accepts no responsibility if the Prize Provider refuses to issue the prize.
20. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of Time Out and/or the Prize Provider and which prevents Time Out and/or the Prize Provider from complying with these terms and conditions, neither Time Out nor the Prize Provider will be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing their obligations. Time Out reserves the right to modify, delay, postpone or cancel the Prize Draw in the event of circumstances outside of its reasonable control.
21. This Prize Draw and the Rules shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
22. By entering the Prize Draw, all entrants consent to the processing of their personal data by Time Out for the purposes of administration of this Prize Draw.
23. The Prize Draw promoter is Time Out England Limited of 4th Floor 125 Shaftesbury Avenue, WC2H 8AD London, and all references to Time Out shall mean Time Out England Limited. Time Out shall have the right to license all and any rights granted to Time Out to its associated companies and licensees.
SPECIFIC PRIZE TERMS & CONDITIONS
NDL Terms & Conditions
24. Flights to be provided by British Airways, subject to British Airway’s terms and conditions available at the end of these T&Cs. Flights will be from and return to London Gatwick only.
25. Winner may choose one from the following destinations: Turks & Caicos, Tobago, Dominican Republic, St Kitts, Saint Lucia, Grenada, Barbados, Jamaica.
26. Transfer is not private and may be shared with other passengers.
27. Hotel is classed as a 4 Star and is based on 2 adults sharing a twin or double room (winner’s choice) with ensuite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis. Where possible, NDL will book a British Airways approved hotel, this is subject to availability at the time of booking.
28. Some properties may require at least one guest to be over the age of 21. Should the winner be under the age of 21 and not travelling with someone over this age, NDL reserves that right to suggest an alternative property or destination.
29. Travel insurance is subject to normal terms of acceptance. Pre-existing medical conditions may not be covered. No age restrictions apply.
30. All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.

31. To book your flights/holiday prize please email winners@ndlgroup.com quoting ref 11607-1-1.
32. We will do our very best to accommodate you on the dates you have selected but reserve the right to offer alternative dates.
33. All seats are subject to availability. There is an allocation of prizewinner seats per flight, please be prepared to look at several dates in case the allocation is already used up on your preferred dates. School holidays are particularly busy.
34. All travel is subject to availability.
35. The prize is valid on a return direct flight from London Gatwick to the winner’s choice of one of the following destinations: Turks & Caicos, Tobago, Dominican Republic, St Kitts, Saint Lucia, Grenada, Barbados or Jamaica.
36. Travel on British Airways codeshare and alliance partner airlines and franchises is not permitted.
37. Travel must be completed by 25th October 2017. You will have one year to choose your flight from 26th October 2016.
38. Reservation changes are not permitted after tickets have been confirmed and issued.
39. Tickets are not transferable, have no cash value and are not for resale.
40. Tickets are booked in Economy
41. Passengers must travel together.
42. Please arrange travel insurance, car hire, accommodation and entry visas independently
43. No organisers are eligible to win this prize.
44. On acceptance of this prize, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the above terms and conditions.
