London's Southbank is welcoming a new pop-up venue to the riverside this summer. The Fabularium Fairytale Festival will take place inside a huge yurt with whimsical family shows in the afternoons and more outrageous offerings for adults in the evenings. Organised by performance storytelling programmers The Crick Crack Club, the line-up includes yarn spinners Ben Haggerty, Nell Phoenix and Clare Muireann Murphy who take to the stage to tell epic, funny and naughty stories. There will also be a competition to find the best wild man, woman and child in London. Inspired by Charles Fréger's book 'Wilder Mann' there will be cash prizes for the best dressed in each category and a silent disco for all entrants.
