Yummy mummies gave yoga a bad rep; there's plenty more to the ancient Indian practice than roll mats and post-class gossip. This weekend event will give visitors the chance to learn more about five types of unusual sessions.: Aroma Yoga, Yoga for Hands, Yoga Bou Flow, Club Yoga and Animal Asanas Class. Tickets include entry to the Mind Body Soul Experience, which will be taking place in a neighbouring hall.
