An evening of themed talks, performances, music, food and special installations at the grand museum. You can treat yourself to drinks from the on-site bars as you explore the current exhibitions and take part in special events. October's event lis organised in collaboration with the British Ceramics Biennial and celebrates the ceramic heritage of Stoke-on-Trent. The town holds an importance place in the history of Northern Soul and Dave Evison, last ever DJ to play at the Wigan Casino, will be filling the museum's Grand Entrance with soul music. There are lots of participatory workshops and Gallery 114 is getting a temporary makeover to become a World of Wedgwood Tea Room, where visitors can learn about different types of teas and the history of Josiah Wedgwood.
