Join this family festival paying tribute to England’s dragon-slaying patron saint. Expect all manner of traditional fun at Vauxhall Pleasure Gardens St George’s Festival – knights in armour, falconers, jesters, wandering minstrels and Punch and Judy shows. This year also welcomes back Battle of the Nations for the fourth London Tournament which sees full contact medieval combat take place. Food comes in the shape of a giant hog roast and there will be plenty of ale and mead flowing throughout.
