The atrium of the Shepherd's Bush shopping mecca gains a 160-capacity indoor ice rink for the 2015 festive season. Family entertainment, themed sessions, DJs and live performances will keep skaters distracted from their instability, and younger visitors can hire penguin- and seal-shaped stabilisers (£5) to keep them upright. Sessions are an hour long with 40 minutes on the ice, but off peak bumper sessions are available if you think your feet can take longer. Suitable for ages four and up. Children aged four-to-seven must be accompanied by someone aged 16 or over. Booking recommended.

Worst ice skating experience ever! Got thrown off after only 30mins on the ice.. The ice was badly kept and every hole, and dent that was there my skates would catch on.. Was very unsafe.. Not worth the money paid.. Go Queensway if you want a decent skating session..
I visited the Westfield London Ice Rink on Friday evening last week. There was a great , fun atmosphere, live music and we started our Xmas shopping after skating as well as enjoying a quick drink! The Ping Pong Cocktail bar at the end of the ice rink serves great cocktails, perfect for a Friday evening after work!
Visited the ice rink at Westfield London over the weekend and we had a great time. Considering the rink is located in the shopping centre it had a great look and feel. The ice was great and the penguins and seals made it event more fun for the kids. Would highly recommend to anyone, especially as a fun thing to do when shopping!
Went over the weekend and really enjoyed it! Staff were very friendly and helpful and it was a great break for the busy shopping centre. Definitely got me into the festive spirit and would come back with friends for some skating fun one evening!
Took the kids here yesterday and we had a great time. Very well organised and plenty of space for everyone. One of my boys fell over and the staff were very quick to help him get back up and make sure he was OK before skating again. It certainly got us in the spirit of Christmas and no doubt we'll have to take the kids again on our next visit. Enjoy.
Went here yesterday and got to skate for free. Mason Noise from X Factor was also performing right there when we skated. Was awesome. staff really nice too
I am glad I only paid £2 for this on YPlan, because it's defintely not worth more - better avoid it! I agree with the previous comment about ridiculous £1 per item policy - especially since they told me that I cannot have my purse on the ice, because it's a hazard, even though it's zipped up. Surely if someone has stuff in their pockets it's much more likely to fall out! I did not have cash with me, and I refused to pay extra £1, because this was not explained anywhere on the ticket. The manager, who seemed to be a kid in early 20s told me that I did not have to bring a purse with me in the first place - the most ridiculous thing you can hear in the shopping center! Also, apparently even though they make you leave your stuff, they are not responsible for its safety, which is all in all ridiculous.
Finally, the rink was small, the quality of ice and my skis was terrible and the staff was rude and inexperienced. Avoid at all costs.
This is without doubt the worst skating experience that I have ever had. There were far too many people allowed on the already small amount of ice at once which led to children being bumped and knocked over by by macho male skaters. The lockers charged £1 per item... yes £1 per item! so my hat, gloves and handbag cost me £3 to store for the one hour of very unsatisfying skating. Also the ice is very thin and is badly kept. It had not been cleaned for some time and was covered in holes and furrows. One star because I can't give minus!
