See the birds and the bees looking even more glorious than usual in this striking and charming exhibition.

The Zoological Society of London's Animal Photography Prize fills the zoo with spectacular images for a fourth time in 2015, with photographers of all experience levels competing for a chunk of the £10,000 prize fund. The entries will be judged by Kate Humble and Bill Oddie, who we're assuming were chosen for their animal enthusiasm rather than their art training.

To celebrate ZSL's Animal Photography Prize exhibition in 2013, we asked Time Outers to share their photos of London's animals both wild and domestic. Nearly 1,000 people took us up on the challenge – here's our gallery of the capital's most cute and cuddly creatures.

The quality of the photography is stunning! If you go, look for the image by Gideon Knight! A particular highlight for me! It really makes you feel in awe of the power of nature.
