Journey back in time to see how kitchen appliances and designs have changed over the years, then kids will whip up their own creations from scratch. In March, young chefs will get inspired by the foods that Chinse immigrants introduced to Americans through the "Chinese American: Exclusion/Inclusion" exhibit, then cook the first popular Chinese take-out dish, chop suey, plus handmade dumplings.
