New Yorkers are singularly focused on leaves during the fall, but Botanical Garden experts are focused on something a little different. Over 11 months, these beautiful kiku (Japanese for “chrysanthemum”) are grown and shaped into floral sculptures and single stems that have been manipulated to produce hundreds of blossoms at once. All ages.
