Gear up for Games of Thrones with a beer feast fit for Westeros

If Don Draper isn't your style and you'd rather dine like a Lannister, L'Apicio has you covered. To celebrate the launch of the fifth season of HBO hit Game of Thrones on April 12, the East Village eatery is hosting a feast like those straight out of King's Landing (well, you know, without all the beheadings and such). 

On Tuesday, March 31 at 7pm, GoT superfan and L'Apicio chef Gabe Thompson will churn out a four-course family-style banquet featuring late winter-harvest foodstuff, with each course reflecting different cities of Westeros and Essos. The all-inclusive dinner ($125) also spotlights an exclusive taste of Ommegang's latest HBO-collaborative brew, Three Eyed Raven, which is set to be released April 6. Check out the full feast menu below: 

FIRST COURSE
Meereen, Slavers’ Bay, Essos
A Queen’s Feast with Lamb Meatballs, Flatbread, Marinated Vegetables, Spreads & Dips

SECOND COURSE
Braavos, Free Cities, Essos
Stuffed Baby Squid with Seafood Riso, Aioli Nero
Cod Puttanesca with Capers, Olives, Polenta

THIRD COURSE
Castle Black, The North, Westeros
Boiled "Auroch" with Oats, Cellar Vegetables
Confit Salted Pork Belly with Braised Cabbage, Mustard

DESSERT
Meereen: Baklava with Filo, Pistachios, Honey
Braavos: Trifle with Coffee, Mascarpone, Rum
Castle Black: Bread Pudding with Raisins, Walnuts, Whiskey
