Opened in summer 2008, Hi Hotel's beach bar and restaurant immediately became the place to be seen. The menu, masterminded by none other than Kei Matsushima (see p262), is on the pricey side, but drinks aren't too steep - and it's a lovely spot to sip a caipirinha as the sun sets over the bay.
Open 9am-midnight daily.
