A large but amiable doorman presides over who steps through the sliding glass doors at this sleekly appointed bar; don't make the painful mistake of trying to saunter in before he's pressed the button. Inside, Nice's beautiful crowd quaff mohitos, flirt and party in air-conditioned comfort, while DJs spin funk and soul from Wednesday to Saturday.
