What a fantastic idea: a slick, classy jewellery shop, which at first glance appears to be stuffed full of diamonds, but is in fact selling affordable, good quality lookalikes. Kit yourself out with rings, bracelets and tiaras that only an expert could tell apart from the real thing. Cartier is just doors away, too, if you want to compare.
