The workouts available are conceived by Rachael Fraser, a professional dancer, Pilates instructor and barre trainer. Each class combines ballet, yoga, Pilates and strength training. There are four types of classes: Fundamentals, Signature, HIIT (high-intensity interval training) and private sessions.
