After being rained out during Hurricane Harvey, Austin Pride has announced new dates for both the Pride Parade and Pride Festival—and this time around, the events are being held over two fierce weekends.

The Pride Parade will now take place on Saturday, September 30 (8-10pm), while the festival is happening on Saturday, October 21 (noon-10pm). Bought tickets to the previous dates? No worries—Pride is honoring those tickets, so y'all are set. And this time around, a portion of the the proceeds from new ticket sales will go towards Hurricane Harvey relief. Tickets can be purchased here, and range from $17 to $250.

A selection of new programming has also been announced, including Brunch with Pride on September 10. The drag brunch held at Parlor & Yard will include a buffet by Hot Mess ATX, as well as a special drag performance.

There are a few event conflicts—Formula 1 takes place on the same day as the Pride Festival, and Liz Lambert’s Trans-Pecos Festival is scheduled for September 28 through October 1. But we're excited that Pride was able to bring both the parade and festival back, and we'll be ready with flags flying.
