We're all about a good deal, but it's been a while since we walked into a dollar store and actually came out with something we were psyched about. But an entire pizza pie for a dollar? We can get behind that.

Cane Rosso, a South Austin pizza joint specializing in Neopolitan pies, opened a year ago on South Lamar, and they're celebrating their first birthday on Monday, July 31, with $1 pizzas. The deal extends to dine-in customers who are in the mood for either margherita or marinara pies, as well as focaccia. All other pizzas will be offered at their regular price, so if you're craving the Delia (spicy bacon marmalade, roasted grape tomatoes, arugula, housemade mozzarella), you'll still need to pay a cool $16.

In addition to discounted pizza, diners will be able to sip on $5 house cocktails from 5 to 10pm, and indulge in a birthday cake pizza collaboration with neighbors Cow Tipping Creamery. Pizza, cake, cocktails—is there a better way to celebrate another year of life?

Cane Rosso is located at 4715 S. Lamar Blvd, suite 103. The pizzeria will be open from 5 to 10pm on Monday.
