It's the weekend! You've worked hard to get to this point, so you deserve to play hard, too. We've curated our favorite events happening around Austin for the next few days, from pop-ups to festivals to grand openings—all you have to do is round up your crew. Have a great weekend, y'all!

Fri 25

Stoned vs Drunk vs Sober
Three teams of comics compete to deliver their best stand-up routines at The New Movement—one stoned, one drunk, one sober, all on the edge. Hosts Rob Gagnon and Lisa Friedrich keep the show flowing, while audience members can join in on the comics’ altered state by bringing their own booze. Friday at 10:30pm

Sat 26

Austin Pride Festival
Presented by the Austin Gay & Lesbian Pride Foundation, the 27th annual Austin Pride Festival kicks off the final day of a festive week celebrating our LGBTQ brothers and sisters. Headliners at the festival include Betty Who, Lisa Lisa, Mykki Blanco, AB Soto and others, with drinks, food, games and booths supporting local non-profits rounding out the fest. Saturday at 11am

Quesoff
About 30 contestants, including both professional chefs and home cooks, will face-off in this seventh annual competition celebrating the beloved cheesy dish. Past standouts have included queso ice cream, tandoori queso and duck mezcal queso. Buy a bag of chips for $5 and see which variety you prefer this year. Entry is free with a donation of two canned goods for the Central Texas Food Bank. Saturday at 2pm

Austin Pride Parade
Following the Pride festival, head to the Capitol building where Austin's Pride Parade begins, making its way down Congress Avenue, through the warehouse district and then on to Republic Square Park, as spectators cheer on stunning floats and live performances along the route. Saturday at 8pm

Mayweather vs McGregor fight
You've listened to all the shit-talk, you've placed your bets, or maybe you don't care at all—whatever your situation, you'd have to be living under a rock to escape Saturday's much-hyped fight coverage. Boxing legend Floyd Mayweather and UFC champ Conor McGregor are going head-to-head on Saturday at 8pm CST, and Showtime Pay-Per-View owns the exclusive rights to broadcast—which means that unless you have the channel, you'll have to find a bar that's showing the fight. Click the event link for some of our favorite options. Saturday at 8pm

Sun 27

Free Day of Dance
Hula, Afro-Brazilian and ballet are among the free dance classes at this annual event designed for people with all levels of experience. And now's your chance to learn to dance like Britney Spears—lessons for the choreography in the "Slave For You" music video start at 1pm. Sunday at 1pm
