Settle in to watch Teenage Gang Debs or Divorce, Italian Style. Opens Friday at 7:30pm

Take in a show with the opening of Guys and Dolls: The classic musical inspired by the short stories of Damon Runyon gets a new production at Austin Playhouse, which has a solid track record when it comes to mounting Broadway favorites with energy, verve and high production values. The musical opens on Friday and runs until June 25. On Monday, the Alamo Drafthouse Ritz will screen the adventure-drama Fitzcarraldo followed by an operatic boat party with refreshments from Easy Tiger and Antonelli's Cheese Shop. Saturday at 11am, Monday at 3:30pm

Cool off at a water park near Austin: A handful of our favorite water parks are opening for the first time this season over Memorial Day weekend, and we can't wait to dive right in. Head to Rock'N River, Schlitterbahn or Volente Beach for a day spent sliding down a massive chute. All weekend, various hours
