It turns out that 2018 is a year of growth for Via 313, the beloved pizzeria that has fueled nearly every Austinite's drunken, late-night munchies (and, more recently, brunch munchies too). According to Eater, Via 313 is opening its third location on the East Side, taking over East Sixth St event space, Collide ATX. In addition, the trailer in front of Violet Crown Social Club will be moving to a new location once the new restaurant opens.

Collide, which has already closed, will look for a new space to re-open, both in Austin and other cities.

The new restaurant will be offering lunch and dinner like their other full-service locations, as well as a full bar. Via 313 launched brunch earlier this year, adding egg-topped pizzas to their Rainey Street trailer behind Craft Pride, though it doesn't look like the new restaurant will have brunch immediately upon opening.

Via's new restaurant is scheduled to open before the end of March at 802 East Sixth St.; the trailer's new location has not been decided.
