It's MLK Day! If you have today off—and even if you don't—head to the MLK March, Festival and Food Drive to celebrate the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. The march starts at 9am at the MLK Statue on the University of Texas campus, then continues to the south steps of the State Capitol for speeches before moving on to Huston-Tillotson University for festivities (local music, vendors) until 3pm. Receptacles will be available along the way for canned goods, which will be donated to the Central Texas Food Bank.

PrintAustin kicks off an entire month of events today, as galleries and studios across Austin celebrate the art of printmaking through classes, panels, exhibits and demos. Check out their full schedule for participating galleries and artists.

Dan Bejar has been going strong as Destroyer since the mid-90s, and it doesn’t look like he’ll be slowing down or losing his creative edge any time soon. Catch him at Mohawk tonight, where Bejar will be playing songs featuring luscious, synth-heavy arrangements and classically weird lyricism from his 12th album, ken. Tickets can be purchased here.
