The California-based restaurant technically crafts boxes, not bowls, but the contents are just as fresh and enticing: a base of rice or greens, followed by mix-ins, sides (like edamame or seaweed salad), proteins (like ahi tuna, yellowtail, shrimp, octopus), sauce and toppings.
