Bribery Bakery (CLOSED)

Pastry chef Jodi Elliott's Bribery Bakery launched in North Austin in 2015, where she sells playful baked goods like an enormous and over-the-top cinnamon roll loaded with icing, brownies with birthday cake buttercream and mini sprinkle sugar cookies. Craving cake? Try the moist, cinnamon-laced carrot cake topped with rich cream cheese frosting. If savory is more your taste, there's the bacon Gruyère popover and a selection of sandwiches using housemade bread.
