This Belton barbecue joint, honored this year by Texas Monthly as one of the 50 best barbecue restaurants in the state, is smoking some beef inside city limits. Housemade brisket and sausage are included in the half-pound of meat on each plate, plus some sides like peach cornbread and bacon kimchi mac and cheese. Wash it down with a complimentary pint of Rentsch beer, served up cold in a collector's edition pint glass.
