Pool Burger specializes in burgers (obvi), soft serve and tiki drinks—essentially, everything you need to pretend it's perpetually summer in Austin. The burger menu is expansive, offering everything from the classics (the Pool Burger, Pool Cheeseburger and Hippy Burger featuring a veggie patty) and some more decked out options, like the Loyal Forever (double cheeseburger, pickled jalapeños), the Deep End (triple burger with Swiss cheese, bacon, jalapeños) or the Dazed & Confused (veggie patty, American cheese, bacon, guacamole).
