19th Annual Itf Texas Taekwon Do Championships

The University of Texas ITF Taekwon-Do Club would like to invite you and your students to its 19th annual tournament. For those competing in the 2015 World Championships in Jesolo, Italy, this will be a great opportunity to get some ring time in! This competition will be open to students of all ages, ranks and experience levels. All ranks and ages will be able to compete in patterns, sparring, and breaking (side kick, knife hand). Anyone wishing to do a team pattern, pre-arranged sparring routine, or any Masters or Instructors who want to do a demonstration of any aspect of taekwon-do (sparring, breaking, patterns, hosin-sul, etc) will be allowed to do so as well. There is limited metered visitor parking available on San Jacinto St. outside the Recreational Sports Center. Metered parking is also available on Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd or in any of the following garages on campus Trinity Garage, Brazos Garage, and Manor Garage. For those coming from out of town, the AT&T Conference Center is the nearest hotel to the facility, though The University of Texas is located in the heart of downtown Austin, so there are many other nearby hotels at all price ranges.
