For our second whiskey dinner of 2015 we're staying local, and bringing you another amazing three courses using ingredients from Texas farms, and pairing them with a Texas made whiskey, Herman Marshall.

Upon arrival brand ambassador, Russell Louis, will guide you through tasting of all three of their offerings, tell us a bit the distillery, and how his father Herman and this whiskey was started.

We will then move on to the first course featuring a cocktail that will pair perfectly with Smoked Duck Ham served over a bed of local greens.

For the second course we'll pair a Smoked Beef Short Rib glazed with a whiskey reduction and Smoked Brussel Sprouts with a cocktail to be announced.

Then for the final course our bartender and pitmaster pair up to create a dessert of Whiskey Ice Cream sandwiched between two Candied Pork Belly Cookies. You read that right!
