Meet Mandie
With 10 years of Pilates experience and 30 years in the dance world, this self-proclaimed body nerd is equipped to meet the goals of any person regardless of age, athletic background, or body intelligence. In 2014 she was a finalist in the International talent contest, Pilates Anytime, shinning through thousands of applicants with her delivery of focused sessions coupled with fun and humor. She loves the variety of her clientele, having helped athletes to grandparents heal and strengthen their bodies.
