The menu for L'Oca d'Oro's five-course pasta dinner seems like a harbinger for a meal you'll waddle out after because maybe you'll be full after the foie gras ravioli with truffle, but you won't be able to bear skipping the carbonara with lardo and black pepper. Or the beef tongue lasagna with buttermilk, green garlic and hominy. There are worst fates, of course. And we bet you'll even manage to polish off your dessert: a grapefruit curd tart à la gelato. The event's namesake, Angelo Emiliani, is the new chef de cuisine and he will not be allowing substitutions though a vegetarian menu is available.
