We have three very special guests joining us for ARC's Track Tuesday, and we want everyone to come join us! (As always, this workout is FREE and open to the public.)
The name Leo Manzano should ring a pretty big bell! In the 2012 Summer Olympics, he earned the Silver Medal in the 1500 m, quenching the U.S.’s 44-year drought in the event. He calls Austin home, and on Tuesday, he’ll be at our workout! Come early to say hello, and then to get ready to be coached through our warm up by this local legend. (After the warmup, stick around for the work out, which will be a timed mile, a filed mile, and a relay race.)
Leo runs in HOKA ONE ONE Running Shoes, who are going to bring some sample shoes for you to try out, if you wish! They’ll be bringing several styles: Clifton 2, Bondi 4 and Constant. Show up early to borrow them for the workout.
As if that wasn’t enough, lululemon athletica will also be there (did you know they make running clothes too?). They will be giving away 4 “fit sessions” which are redeemable at their Barton Creek location, for a selected top or bottom of your choosing!
