In this round of Asana Lab, you'll delve into hip openers and twists to prepare you to fly into poses like crane, turned crane, one hand and arm pose, and eight-crooks pose. You'll also pay homage to the sages Koundinya and Galava in their arm-balancing forms. Cultivate a balance between focus and playfulness this June!
