It's time for the ATX Dealblender! We're hosting the "Dealblender!!", starting at 6:30 PM. This Speed Networking Event will be an informal event with light snacks and a cash bar. In addition to our usual networking and with the goal of giving back to the community, we are pleased to announce that we will be hosting a canned food drive. All cans will benefit Capital Food Bank, a great cause and a great way for our friends and peers to give back to the community. This event will be held in the usual philosophy of providing informal meeting environments with the goal of helping investors/business owners to network with and learn from others. I am not a broker, I use only my own capital and take no points on loans. Because of this, we can close very quickly with no red tape. Qualification is not dependent on credit score, it's all collateral based. All he really needs to know is that the borrower has a good exit plan and Jared will come and do a physical inspection himself (I know a lot of these place are gut-jobs, so I'm not looking for much, often just to see that it's standing on the lot indicated).
