Something for Nothing Theater says
Something for Nothing Theater announces auditions for Shakespeare's The Winter's Tale! This magical romance blends tragedy and comedy to produce both sparkling entertainment and deep exploration of human emotion. We begin with a king suspicious of his queen's fidelity, then travel to distant shores and meet clowns, rogues, and bears. Directed by Deb Streusand, The Winter's Tale is S4N's fifth Shakespeare production in Ramsey Park.

Auditions are March 5, 2016 from 12:30pm - 3:30pm, and March 6, 2016 from 10:00am - 1:00pm.

To reserve an audition slot, email s4ntheater@gmail.com. For the audition, please prepare a 1 minute Shakespearean monologue, a short sample of your singing ability, and come prepared to read sides. Actors will be auditioning as a group. Actors of all ethnicities are encouraged to audition. Please note that the role of Polixenes has been filled. All roles are paid.

The play runs June 9 - 25, 2016 every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday at 8:00pm. Rehearsals start May 2 and are generally Monday - Wednesday evenings, with a couple of Tuesday - Thursday weeks.
