Austin Fermentation Festival

Sip on some fermented beverages—wine, beer and cider—between 12 workshops focused on fermentation at this annual festival that celebrates the chemical breakdown responsible for some of your favorite drinks. Dishes by local chefs and vendors will feature fermented ingredients, and proceeds benefit the Texas Farmers' Market Farmer Emergency Fund, which helps local farmers and ranchers in times of crisis. Kids 12 and under get in free.
