Authentic Relating Games Seeing And Being Seen

Starting with seeing the self, to how that relates to seeing others and the world around us, this week we dive into the depths and widths available when we challenge ourselves to explore, discover, accept and perhaps even let go of masks and veneers. "You are a mirror unto yourself" -- unknown HOMEWORK: This is not the usual for Games Night. But this time you have homework to do as part of the Games Night. I call it mirror meditation. Here goes: Between when you see this message and Sunday Night, pick a time and set aside 15 minutes. Grab a chair, and sit in front of a mirror, preferably a full length mirror, but it doesn't matter. Just sit there, looking into your eyes, your face, wherever your eyes move, but keep them on your face and head as much as possible. Look into your eyes as much as you can as well.
