The event creator says
In every death, there is a transformation and rebirth. This is the natural order of life. The loss of a loved one is the ultimate teacher to experiencing the cycle of life and understanding we are all one. This type of bereavement will change you. This can be one of the most direct paths to higher states of consciousness. Losing a loved one can take you into the depths of your unconscious to meet loneliness, pain, confusion and terror. It can also lead us to the strength to transcend forward into a thriving, full life like never before.

In this day long immersion, we will explore the healing path of bereavement through yoga, meditation, communion, and what is present.

You can expect a safe, loving container where all parts of you are welcome and all stages of bereavement are held as sacred.

Alyson Simms has been offering yoga, inquiry and healings since 2007. She survived the loss of all her elders minus her dear aunt within a short period of time. These few years catapulted her into deep communion with life, love, and death. She continues to receive the gifts being offered and has now been called to share this work with others.

A nourishing, gluten-free and vegan lunch will be served.
