Beta Chi Theta Presents Lion Heart Basketball Tournament

*****THE CAUSE***** Beta Chi Theta, since its establishment on the University of Texas Campus, has found the importance to bring awareness of Heart Disease issues to the community. Heart disease is the number one killer of South Asians EVERY YEAR. For the past several years, Beta Chi Theta has worked diligently to reach out and bring the UT community together with a week full of events dedicated to fighting heart disease. Through all of our efforts we have raised thousands of dollars to date. This year Beating Heart Disease (BHD) week from Feb 16th-21st will feature the first annual LionHeart Tournament in order to educate and fundraise for the promotion of heart disease awareness. ALL the profits from the tournament will be donated to American Heart Association! ****Tournament Details***** The tournament will be taking place on Saturday, February 21st. We are registering the first 12 Men's teams that sign up. The tournament will be held at The University of Texas Recreational Sports Center. Registration is $150 per team and each team will be allowed to register up to 10 players. Every team will be guaranteed at least 2 games, followed by a single elimination tournament.
