On Saturday the 25th at 5:30pm I'll be teaching my 100th CPY Class. So naturally, I'll be marking the milestone with a rump shaking, booty dropping Beyoncé Yoga Sculpt themed class. Come flow, squat, press, pop, lock and drop it out with me!

1. If you are a CorePower member, just show up! You can also do a drop-in class if you've been before but don't have a membership or class pack.
2. If you have ClassPass you can sign up for the class a week in advance. If my name isn't showing on the app, just be sure to sign up for the 5:30pm Yoga Sculpt Class at the Monarch studio for Saturday, July 25th
3. Never been to CorePower? No problem!! You first week is free. Come a little early and I'll get you all set up.

What to Bring: a mat, a towel and water. You can buy/rent all three at the studio if you need to.
What to Expect: Yoga Sculpt is a full body workout that adds free weights to your yoga practice. We'll round out the workout with all sorts of body weight exercises...including special attention to your booty. Wear comfy workout gear (be ready to sweat). No shoes are needed. There are locker rooms and showers at the studio.
Location: class will be at the Monarch Studio downtown on 5th St.
Parking: there are CPY student spots but if they fill up, there is plenty of street parking on 5th. Give yourself extra time to find a spot.
