CCP Comics Drink & Draw is designed to bring those amazing talented folks out of their every day environments, work spaces, offices, etc and give them a seat among many other artists doing the same thing they are with similar or completely different styles of art and creativity and draw, create, socialize, give advice or guidance, discussions, and network, and just have FUN. Among these many things, it's all about having a good time. Drink & Draw is themed (you'll find out the theme as post are being made), you can win prizes, and an amazing art auction will follow where money will be collected to be given to a local charity. It's not just for artists...ANYONE can be a part of Drink & Draw, writers, creators, artists, inkers, colorists, letterers, if you just like to draw, you can't draw but like to, or...you are a professional...anyone can join. We are proud to announce this round of CCP Comics Drink & Draw will be hosted by CCP Comics Flagship store/ supporter Titan Moon Comics in Cedar Park, Texas. We are very grateful and super EXCITED to have Titan Moon Comics hosting this amazing event and housing the many talented folks joining...YOU. This is HUGE and it will be a blast. Other sponsors include Coke, PBR, and Lone Star beer. Texas drinking age is 21 and up...please drink responsible. This Drink & Draw will be theme as always, and we will announce the theme as we get closer to the event. Seats are limited, but we have plenty of room in the store. Prizes will be given out for the top three art pieces created at the event. This prizes will be announce as we get closer to the event. During Drink & Draw the store will be open to the public, fans and customers will be able to come in and out as they please...when Drink & Draw starts, fans and customers will be able to start bidding on the art they want to take home that night after the event. All proceeds will go towards the local Austin charity that helps build bikes for special needs kids called Capital AMBUCS. Check out their site.
