Whether you realize it or not, the Open is what we train for year round. We view the Open as a means for our athletes to show off their hard work and grow individually, as well as, an opportunity for our community to grow TOGETHER. We are incredibly excited to witness our athletes prove their fitness during this year's Open. That said, we invite you to connect with us each week during the Open at the gym to watch and celebrate the release of the workouts and build excitement for the fun to come the following day.
