Good day to all you "Blues" fans and friends everywhere!
Tomorrow 8/4/15 marks the official opening of Dozen Street ("Tuesday") Bluesdays."
The first two:
Tuesday 8/4 Jack Edery, and myself will be working with Harold McMillan and Bill Ciccone bringing you The Blues from 10pm-12am.
Opening will be Bret Coats at 8pm. Oh Yeah!
On 8/11 we'll be working with Dave Manley while Jack is out of town.
So, for the first two weeks, we invite you to see something a little different.
Blues with special guests on stage.
This is not an "Open Jam", but a gathering of friends and fellow "blues" musicians doing some of their favorites. Singers, Guitar, Bass, Horn players are welcome! There's an upright piano on stage that you ivory masters can use!
Owner/manager Maydee Distefano wants to create an ongoing Tuesday Blues event that incorporates great music with special guest performers.
Plenty of Fenced in FREE PARKING across the street. Drink specials too!
